Choice City Health

Choice City Health is a health insurance agency focusing on helping people understand their Medicare options. They have offices in Fort Collins, CO and Cheyenne, WY.

CCH came to us looking for a website makeover. We did a free, thorough website audit of their existing site and found some issues including a broken menu, slow loading, and user experience problems with text size and readability. They hired us to create a new custom theme and site.

Their target demographic is 65+ so we worked to make the user experience easy and consistent (good UX for seniors is really good UX for everyone). We fixed the issues found in the audit, added a blog and social sharing, set up an events calendar, and helped them with a new Dynamic Privacy Policy and terms of service document.
