Veterinary Wisdom

World By the Tail came to us looking for a fresh new website for their Veterinary Wisdom content that included the original ClayPaws pawprint kits for pets. Their current site was on Wix and they wanted to move to WordPress for much greater flexibility. The site was also not mobile-friendly, which is penalized by search engines now.

We worked with World By the Tail to develop a custom theme to fit the personality of their business, with special consideration to keeping the feel of the site calm without being overly morbid or sentimental. In addition to the ClayPaws products the company also sells pet sympathy cards and other bereavement products and provides lots of useful content on pet end-of-life care.

We set up WooCommerce as a catalog so that they could continue to use their third-party offsite shopping cart for now, but have the possibility of moving sales entirely within the Veterinary Wisdom site in the future easily. We helped them get started moving over two hundred products to WooCommerce and provided comprehensive training at the launch of the new website.
