RJ Plumbing and Heating

RJ Plumbing and Heating came to Red Kite with two goals: to redesign their website based on a change in branding and business name, and to safely navigate a change in the domain URL with as little risk to their online presence as possible. They have great reviews and we also wanted to take advantage of that within their new website.

We worked with them to rebuild the site using their new name and branding and to better highlight their service areas. We developed a comprehensive quote form that would enable customers to upload images of their problem areas making it easier for our Client to assess customer needs. We added a display of their high-quality reviews to build trust among potential customers, and an FAQ section to help them collect and answer the most common questions from prospects to save them time.

We carefully sequenced the launch and domain change with domain forwarding and 301 redirects to protect their place in online search results, and updated their Google Business Profile accordingly. They should see little short-term churn as a result of the domain change, and good results with their new website functionality to help them convert more customers.
