Red Kite takes care of its clients. One way we do that is by offering our maintenance services at a discount for current clients – you can buy a block of time in advance and we’ll work against it as a retainer. For maintenance work of over 4 hours, we will draw up a not-to-exceed contract and invoice you if you prefer. 1/2 of the estimated amount or a minimum $150.00 is due prior to beginning work.
Our maintenance services include any type of fix, update or upgrade you might ever need, such as:
- Adding new content
- Updating old information, such as calendars or employee pages
- Adding new pages or sections
- Fixing broken links
- Adding images to a portfolio or gallery
- Fixing browser-based errors
- Adding new functionality of any type

Our monthly monitoring service can help you keep your WordPress site or blog running quickly and securely; we’ll also install security features to make your site far less prone to hacking.
During each Full-Service WordPress Monitoring session we:
- Upgrade WordPress, if needed
- Upgrade plugins, if needed
- Optimize and repair the database to keep your site running smoothly
- Perform an antivirus scan
- Perform an overall security scan
- Scan for broken links
- Delete old spam and trash
- Delete old post revisions
- Change the authentication keys
- Perform a server check
- Check the user list
- Check the log for any unusual activity
- Check automated backups
- Install and configure security plugins as needed
We’ll fix simple problems and inform you of those which might take more time.
What Does It Cost?
Full-Service Monitoring is $69.00 for the first session, then $29.00 per month with a 6-month minimum commitment.
Do You Guarantee My Site Won’t Be Hacked?
Sorry – we can’t guarantee it. But with our services, the likelihood will be greatly reduced. And if it does get hacked, our work will enable you to get up and running again more quickly.
