Project Manager Access

Red Kite creative is currently managing projects through ActiveCollab, an open source project management application. ActiveCollab enables us to set up milestones and task lists for projects, assign tasks to ourselves and to clients, review and comment on elements of each project, and provides a repository for uploading all documents and imagery associated with a particular project. That way important files don’t get buried under mountains of email! And you’ll be notified by email when new items requiring your attention arise.

You can access your project area by clicking on the link and entering the login and password information you were given. If you’ve lost your password (or if we forgot to send it to you, which occasionally happens!), please send us an email and we’ll reset your password.

Client Payments

Click here and enter the password to make payments online using Visa or Mastercard. This password was included on your invoice email.

File Uploads

Can’t send that big file through email? Upload it to Red Kite’s Dropbox account here (http://www NULL.jotform NULL.com/form/11273526271). This form will probably not work for you if you’re using an older version of Internet Explorer.

Domain Registrations

Register your domain on GoDaddy (http://www NULL.kqzyfj NULL.com/click-5316228-10384568) – great for inexpensive domain management.

  • Google Voice (http://www NULL.google NULL.com/voice/) – Online voice calls, instant messaging and voicemail with good call quality. You can use your Google Voice number when dialing out from your mobile device too.
  • FileZilla (http://filezilla-project NULL.org/) – A good basic FTP (file transfer protocol) program for moving files to and from your website host.
  • Tweetdeck (http://www NULL.tweetdeck NULL.com/) – For managing Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, GoogleBuzz, MySpace and Foursquare social media posts on your desktop computer or mobile device.
